5. Fees and Payment

- Late payments may incur interest charges at 1.5% per month
- We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts
- Additional work outside the agreed scope will be charged separately
- All fees are exclusive of VAT where applicable

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and will not disclose your information to third parties except as required by law, professional standards, or with your explicit consent. This obligation continues after termination of our services.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited as follows:
- Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
- We are not responsible for decisions made by clients based on our advice
- Claims must be made within 12 months of the service completion
- We maintain professional indemnity insurance as required by law
8. Professional Standards
Our services are provided in accordance with applicable professional standards, including those set by the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC) and relevant regulatory bodies. We adhere to continuing professional development requirements and maintain appropriate professional qualifications.
9. Data Protection

10. Termination
Either party may terminate services with:
- 30 days' written notice for ongoing services
- Immediate termination for breach of terms or non-payment
- Completion of agreed project-based work
Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due, and we will return client documents as requested.
11. Intellectual Property
All methodologies, templates, and proprietary processes remain our intellectual property. Client data and records remain the property of the client. We may use anonymized data for service improvement and benchmarking purposes.
